01 — Who we are and how to contact us
Kale Agency LLC operates kale.agency. This notice explains how we handle information collected through this website and related inquiry correspondence. It does not describe the processing of a client's customer data within an advertising engagement, which requires its own agreed terms. 02 — Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company, message and selected advertising goal. You may also provide a website, monthly advertising budget range and current advertising channels. If you reply to an email, we receive the information in that correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification, medical information or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
03 — Technical information
Our hosting, security and email providers may process information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP addresses, request times, browser or device information, requested URLs, delivery status and spam indicators. This information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and email delivery. The form does not save your answers in browser local storage, and our application does not log the content of inquiries to the browser console.
04 — How we use information
We use inquiry information to assess your request, communicate about your goals, discuss a potential engagement and maintain related business correspondence. The form also supports an agency notification and a confirmation email containing a copy of your inquiry. We use necessary technical information to operate and secure the website, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
05 — Service providers and disclosures
Netlify hosts the website and stores accepted form submissions. Resend processes inquiry details to send the agency notification and visitor confirmation. Our business mailbox is provided through GoDaddy's Microsoft 365 email service, with associated email security services. Authorized team members use these services to handle your request. Providers may use supporting infrastructure and subprocessors. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and the service. We do not sell website inquiry information. Optional advertising measurement is described below and depends on your privacy choices.
06 — Cookies, analytics and advertising tracking
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement use Google Tag Manager. Microsoft Advertising UET, including integrated Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings, loads only when both analytics and advertising consent are granted. UET measures page visits and successful inquiries and can support remarketing. Clarity helps us understand website interactions; the inquiry form is masked in recordings. Microsoft receives technical browsing information, which may include page URLs and device information. Do not put personal information in website URLs. Microsoft consent signals update when you change your choices. We load optional Google tags only after you allow analytics or advertising in Cookie settings. Analytics helps us understand visits, page interactions and successful inquiry submissions. Advertising measurement may use ad-click identifiers and create audiences for relevant advertising. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the site or sending an inquiry. You can change or withdraw your choices through Cookie settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control as an advertising opt-out. Consent preferences are stored for up to 180 days; consented campaign attribution is stored for up to 90 days. Inquiry contents, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent as ordinary analytics events. With both analytics and advertising consent, after an inquiry is successfully received we normalize and hash its email address using SHA-256 in your browser and send the hash to Microsoft Advertising with the inquiry conversion event. Microsoft may match it to activity on Microsoft services to attribute conversions. A hash is a pseudonymous identifier, not anonymous information. The website does not add this email or its hash to Google Analytics events, the Google data layer, or Clarity recordings. We do not collect a phone number for enhanced conversions. CRM imports are not enabled.
07 — How long information is kept
We retain inquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage an active discussion or business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution needs. Retention depends on the status of the inquiry, ongoing correspondence, contractual obligations and legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized through the relevant systems. Provider backups, delivery logs and security records may remain for their applicable retention periods. You may request deletion at any time; some records may need to be retained for a legitimate legal or business reason.
08 — Your choices and privacy requests
Email growth@kale.agency to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, you may also request a copy of your information, object to certain processing or request a restriction. We will assess the request under applicable law and may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority. Please use the email address associated with your inquiry where possible and do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate method. We will explain any applicable exception or limitation, and will not penalize you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
09 — Processing location and security
Our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your location. We use HTTPS for the website and limit access to inquiry information to people and services that need it for the purposes described here. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in an inquiry or ordinary email.
10 — Children's information
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact growth@kale.agency so we can investigate and arrange deletion where appropriate.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their own privacy practices. Review the relevant notice before providing information on an external website.
12 — Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our practices or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised notice on this page and update the effective date. For a material change, we will provide additional notice where required. You can contact growth@kale.agency to ask about a change or request a copy of this notice.
